CHALLENGE
In crisis situations, communication fails, information becomes unclear, and people struggle to signal for help while responders lack real-time visibility. Existing tools are slow, fragmented, and often depend on stable networks. The challenge was to design a fast, intuitive, offline-capable platform that lets anyone request help within seconds and gives responders immediate clarity on where support is needed, enabling quick, coordinated action.
Solution
We built a simple, human-centered platform that connects Help Seekers and Help Providers instantly, even with limited connectivity. Users can trigger an emergency alert with one tap, and nearby responders receive real-time notifications, maps, and clear instructions. With offline support and demographic zone mapping, HelpNet reduces confusion, speeds up response time, and creates a reliable digital safety net for moments when every second matters.
