CHALLENGE
Fleet requests inside the organization were handled through fragmented channels—manual bookings, emails, calls, and inconsistent approval flows. Employees had no single place to request rides or track status, Line Managers struggled with scattered approvals, Admins lacked visibility into roles and operations, and Drivers often received incomplete or delayed trip information. This created delays, miscommunication, inefficiency, and operational overhead across the entire mobility workflow. The challenge was to design a unified platform that simplifies booking for employees, accelerates approvals for managers, centralizes control for admins, and ensures drivers receive accurate, real-time instructions—while keeping the entire system transparent, automated, and easy to use.
Solution
The solution is a fully integrated fleet management platform that brings booking, approvals, dispatching, and driver coordination into one seamless experience. Employees can request any type of ride—fleet, boat, or Uber—in minutes. Line Managers and Admins get a structured, automated approval flow with clear visibility and role management. Drivers receive live trip details, status updates, and routing, ensuring accurate, on-time execution. The application improves efficiency, reduces manual overhead, and creates a connected ecosystem where every action—from booking to completion—happens smoothly.
